Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of WEJODA at wejoda.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

WEJODA (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a digital platform that helps advertisers plan and buy local media, and helps publishers list and manage inventory — including Bus Stop TV, Travel TV, Luxury Travel TV, and related formats across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (and Local TV when launched).

2. Our role as a platform

WEJODA is primarily a marketplace / buying layer. Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing for a specific campaign or inventory:

  • We connect advertisers (buyers) with publishers / inventory operators (sellers).
  • We do not automatically own every screen or venue listed on the platform.
  • Publishers remain responsible for their inventory, rights to sell it, and on-ground delivery.
  • Advertisers remain responsible for their campaigns, creatives, claims, and budgets.
  • We may provide tools for planning, booking workflows, players, and proof-of-play / delivery evidence.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • Roles may include advertiser, publisher/supplier, and admin. Use only the role(s) you are authorised for.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

4. Advertisers

If you use WEJODA as an advertiser, you agree that:

  • Campaigns and creatives comply with Indian law and advertising standards (including ASCI where applicable).
  • Creatives do not infringe IP rights, are not deceptive, and do not promote illegal products or services.
  • You will upload assets that meet our technical specs; we may reject non-compliant or policy-violating creatives.
  • Targeting choices (markets, formats, dates, budgets) are your commercial decisions.
  • Fees, taxes, and payment terms apply as shown in the product or in a separate order / agreement when billing is enabled.
  • You will not attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees where a paid workflow applies.

5. Publishers and inventory operators

If you list inventory on WEJODA, you agree that:

  • You have the legal right to offer that inventory for advertising (venue, fleet, operator, or government permissions as required).
  • Listings are accurate (location, format, capacity, pricing floors, availability).
  • Screens, players, and connectivity are maintained so booked campaigns can run as agreed.
  • You will not list inventory you do not control or are not authorised to monetise.
  • You will cooperate with proof-of-play / delivery evidence requirements for campaigns you accept.
  • You remain responsible for local compliance at the venue or vehicle.

6. Campaigns, creatives, and proof

  • We may review, approve, pause, or remove campaigns or creatives that appear unlawful, unsafe, or policy-breaking.
  • Proof-of-play, logs, and delivery reports are tools to evidence delivery; they are not a guarantee of audience outcomes or sales results.
  • Measurement depends on devices, connectivity, and publisher cooperation; figures may be estimates or incomplete when systems are offline.
  • You grant us a licence to host, transmit, and display your creatives on relevant inventory solely to fulfil campaigns.

7. Fees and payments

Pricing, commissions, and payment methods may be shown in-product or agreed separately. Until online payments are enabled for your account, commercial terms may be handled offline. Unpaid amounts may lead to paused campaigns or suspended access. Taxes (including GST where applicable) are your responsibility as stated on invoices.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform, APIs, or players.
  • Scrape data or access another user’s account without authorisation.
  • Upload malware or attempt to interfere with screens or devices.
  • Use {APP_NAME} for unlawful discrimination, fraud, or spam.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with {APP_NAME} or with inventory partners.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and software are owned by WEJODA or its licensors. Advertisers retain ownership of their creatives; publishers retain rights in their inventory branding subject to licences needed to operate campaigns. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free forecasting, or that any campaign will achieve a particular business result. Illustrative forecasts and market models are planning aids, not guarantees.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEJODA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, goodwill, or data). Our aggregate liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim, or ₹10,000 if no fees were paid — except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. fraud or wilful misconduct).

Disputes between an advertiser and a publisher about delivery, creative, or payment are primarily between those parties; we may assist with logs and mediation tools but are not obliged to resolve every commercial dispute.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold WEJODA harmless from claims arising from your content, inventory, campaigns, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, non- payment, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue after termination.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana (as applicable to our registered operations) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

This is a starter agreement for platform use. For high-value inventory contracts, agency MSAs, or regulated categories, request a signed commercial agreement. Have counsel review before relying on these Terms for material transactions.
